Varsity Season 2016-2017

Another season has come and gone…

The varsity men did a tremendous job in 2016/2017 season.  They finished the year with a 10-7 over all record and finished 2nd in the Frontier League Class B standings. They did all of that, with a light squad this year giving up 4-5 weight classes most of the season.   They always gave 100% in practice which showed on the mat.  They could NOT have accomplished as much as they did without the 4 seniors leading the way (Caleb Mayer, Tyler Widrick, Ryan Sprowl, John Larkins).   The 4 seniors lead the team by their example on and off the mat.  They have been an inspiration to many and what they contributed will be felt for years to come.  Thank you Caleb, Tyler, Ryan and John – We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
